HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

We source our inventory from only the best suppliers across the world!

In order to keep our inventory affordable, fresh, and up to date with the latest styles, we have centralised fulfilment centres across the globe where our products are shipped from. Due to the global locations of our fulfilment centres, please allow up to 2-4 weeks for shipping. 

 

WHAT CURRENCY ARE YOUR PRODUCTS STATED IN?

All products are automatically listed in your local currency.

If this is not the case, you can choose your currency in the drop down bar at the top right of the screen.

All orders are processed in USD ($). While the content of your cart is currently displayed in your local currency, you will checkout using USD ($) at the most current exchange rate.

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHOD DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal and Google Pay. 

 

WHEN AM I CHARGED FOR MY ORDER?

To get your items packed and out to you as soon as possible, your credit card is charged when you place an order. Though we check all orders very carefully before shipping, we cannot be responsible for incorrect information like credit card entries or addresses. Please review your order carefully before submitting your order!

 

LOST OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

 

In the rare event of a mail carrier failure, please let us know. We will do everything we can to ensure you receive your order.

 

ORDERS WITH INCORRECT ADDRESS INFORMATION

Once your order has been submitted it can no longer be modified. Any packages returned due to a wrong or incorrect address will be reshipped at the cost of the purchaser.

WILL THERE BE DUTIES/TAXES ON MY PACKAGE?

Due to the small stated value amounts entered by our fulfilment centre, it is not often that our customers receive duty/extra charges upon import. With that said every country reserves the right to charge tax on any imports, which is entirely out of our control. 

In the rare event a charge occurs, customers are 100% responsible for all taxes, duties or tariffs if applied by your local customs. Note that, the taxes, duties, or tariffs are not part of the shipping charges. It is not charged by us nor your post office. It is charged by your countries customs department. For an exact cost of these fees, you should see your local post office or customs office. We will not responsible for such expenses under any circumstances.

 

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Our returns policy lasts 30 days from receipt of your items. If 30 days have gone by since your goods have been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund of any kind.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (where applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Once we receive returned packages they are inspected & will be processed within 3-6 business days. We are not responsible for any shipping costs; the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. 

 

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDERS?

Your order number must be notated in the email.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If you receive a damaged item, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt at info@havana86.com for a replacement item or store credit to be issued.

It is the customers' responsibility to inspect all deliveries within 3 business days of receipt. Any damages resulting in customer opening their package will not be replaced. 

As much as we hate it, accidents can happen!
If you have received an incorrect item in your order, please contact us straight away at info@havana86.com so we can get a replacement package out to you as soon as possible!

 

HOW DO I EDIT OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

Once your order has been submitted, unfortunately it can no longer be edited or changed. Please make sure to double and triple check that all items you loved are in your cart, the address your order is being shipped to is spot on, and the payment method you are using is good to go!

 

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

In order to get your order out to you as soon as possible we can not accept cancellations more than 1 hour after your purchase.

Otherwise we are more than happy to accept a return once you have received your products.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. 

 

DISCOUNT CODES AND PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

Who doesn't love a Sale?

Because our sales are only temporary and not a permanent price change, we are unable to honour any price adjustments.

Coupon codes must be entered at the time of purchase - no adjustments will be made if a code is not entered at the time of purchase.
